摘要:听力障碍儿童易共患注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD),或伴有不同程度的注意力问题。为探讨奥尔夫音乐游戏对提升听力障碍儿童注意力的干预效果,研究者以北京市某小学1名随班就读听力障碍儿童为研究对象,设计了奥尔夫音乐游戏活动方案并实施干预,干预时间为每次60 min,每周1次,共计干预16周。干预前后,使用划消测验及韦氏智力测验第二版中的背数测验作为评估注意力水平的工具,从注意效率和注意广度两个方面检验干预效果。个案两项测验的后测得分有较明显提高,划消测验结果显示:干预后的效率指数从1016提高到1382,用时由9 min33s缩短至7min6s;背数测验得分从2分提高到14分。干预后个案上课时持续注视课件等学习资料的时间由原来的≤2min延长到>5min。实践研究显示,应用奥尔夫音乐游戏干预听障儿童注意力的效果良好。
Children with hearing impairment exhibit a heightened susceptibility to comorbid Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)or varying degrees of attentional difficulties.To investigate the interventional efficacy of Orff-based music play in enhancing attentional capacities among children with hearing impairment,the researcher conducted a single-case study involving a mainstreamed child with hearing impairment from a primary school in Beijing.An Orff-based music play intervention program was designed and implemented,comprising 60-minute sessions administered once weekly over a 16-week period.Attentional performance was assessed pre-and post-intervention using the Cancellation Test and the Digit Span subtest from the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children II(WISC-II),evaluating attentional efficiency and attentional span,respectively.Post-intervention assessment revealed marked improvements in the participant’s scores on both measures.Results from the Cancellation Test indicated an increase in the efficiency index from 10.16 to 13.82,accompanied by a reduction in completion time from 9 minutes 33 seconds to 7 minutes 6 seconds.Performance on the Digit Span subtest improved significantly,with the score rising from 2 points to 14 points.Behavioral observation further indicated that the participant’s sustained attention to instructional materials(e.g.,courseware)during class increased from≤2 minutes to>5 minutes post-intervention.This empirical study demonstrates that the application of Orff-based music play yields a favorable interventional effect on improving attentional functioning in children with hearing impairment.
