摘要:调平系统是高空作业设备安全的可靠保证。针对采用静液压调平系统的高空作业车,在高空作业车的臂架系统举升过程中,以减小工作斗相对水平面水平位置偏差最大值为优化目标,应用最优化理论对静液压调平系统的各铰点位置进行了优化。仿真优化结果表明,优化后的偏差最大值为-0.1729°,是优化前偏差最大值的1/10倍左右,静液压调平系统稳定性显著提高。
leveling system assures the safety of aerial work equipment. For hydrostatic leveling system, during the process of lifting boom system of aerial work equipment, reducing the deviation maximum of basket relative to horizontal position is used as the optimization target. Based on optimization theory, the optimization research on the hinge points of hydrostatic leveling system is completed. The optimization results show that deviation maximum of the optimized is 0.1729°, which is about 1/10 of the maximum deviation before optimization. The optimization of leveling system improves the stability of hydraulic leveling system.
