摘要:人力资源实战工作中,违纪员工处理已逐渐成为企业人力资源管理工作中的热点和难点问题。企业不适当的处理往往导致不良的后果,设置要承担败诉的苦果。企业依规章制度处理违纪员工,必须建立完备的规章制度,严格进行调查与取证,不能缺少有效的送达违纪处理决定等程序来帮助企业有效处理违纪员工,以接生企业在处理劳动争议上投入的大量人力和财力,降低违纪处理成本,创造和谐稳定的劳动关系。
Dealing with staffs violating disciplines has gradually become ahot and difficult issue for an enterprise in the management of human resources.Unsuitable treatment as adopted by an enter- prise will take the consequences of losing a law suit.For dealing with staffs violating disciplines ac- cording to rules and regulations,an enterprise must establish complete rules and regulations,and strictly investigate and obtain evidence,and cannot miss procedures such as effectively dealing with staffs biolating disciplines,thereby saving a great dial of manpower and resource invested by the en- terpise for setting labor dispute,, lowering cost for treating behavior of violating disciplines,and creating aharmomious and stable labor relation were obtained.
