摘要：特殊儿童的数量多少与特殊儿童的命名、定义、分类与鉴别有关。本文在分析大陆地区官方对特殊教育对象的称谓、定义、分类和鉴别的基本现状后,提出了重新对特殊教育对象命名、分类、界定,成立鉴别组织及通过普查摸清特殊教育对象基数等建议。
The number of children with disabilities is related to the domination, definition, classification, and identification of the children with disabilities. The present paper, based on an analysis of the current situation of the domination, definition, classification, and identification of these children from the Chinese official data, suggests starting a new round of domination, definition, classification, and identification of these children, establishing an organization for the identification of special needs children, and making a general survey of them.
