摘要:采用溶液共混的方法,用二氧化碳共聚物脂肪族聚碳酸酯(PPC)、改性淀粉对聚乳酸(PLA)改性,制备出韧性得以改善的PPC/PLA/淀粉共混薄膜。通过研究共混薄膜拉伸性能与共混组成配比的关系表明,当PPC质量分数由10%增加至40%,共混膜拉伸强度没有明显变化,而断裂伸长率由37%提高到61%。通过正交实验研究了共混组分质量比、改性淀粉中增塑剂种类和用量等因素对共混膜拉伸性能的影响,结果表明,共混组分质量比是显著影响因素。
Poly(lactic acid)(PLA) was blended with poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC),a copolymer of carbon dioxide and alkyleneoxide,and modified starch in solvent,and a PPC/PLA/Starch blending film with improved toughness was obtained.Tensile tests of the films with different blending compositions show that,when the mass ratio of PPC increases from 10% to 40%,the strain of the film is improved from 37% to 61%,while the stress appears no sharp change.The effects of blending composition,the type and the concentration of the plasticizer used in the modified starch on the tensile behavior of the films were estimated through the orthogonal experiment.The results show that the blending composition is of significance.
