摘要:法律思维是人们运用法律概念、法律判断、法律推理去思考问题,表达和阐释法和法律现象的复杂的心理过程。良好的法律思维品质是各种法律人才必备的专业素质之一。在法学教育中必须转变教学观念,更新教学内容,改进教学方法,重视学生法律思维的训练,把学生良好法律思维品质的培养列为法学教育的重中之重。
slabstractl Legal ideation is a complicated mental course in which people make a decision applying legal concepts, legaljudging, legal consequence, and express or explan laws and legal situations. Well character of legal ideation is one of thenecessary specialty makings of various legal protfessions. In the course of legal education, teaching intention should bechanged, teaching contents be renewed, and teaching methods be improved. I propose in this article that we should pay muchmore attention to training students' legal ideation, and take it as the most important point in the course of legal education.
