摘要：新时代赋予了体育外交"政府"与"公共"二元交互的新的历史使命,对于新时代体育外交的理念、行为主体以及模式的研究认为:以体育为载体扩大交流增进友谊,寻找"交集"释放开放、包容、平信的信号,秉承"亲、诚、惠、容"的外交理念相互借鉴共同发展是新时代体育外交的基本理念;政府及体育主管部门的外交参与和政策表达,媒体的体育外交主题报道与行为表达,体育参与个体的外交意识构成了新时代体育外交的行为主体;精英路线与大众路线并行的体育外交模式,官方与非官方相结合的体育外交推介模式,"主动进取,积极作为",以体育为载体推动国家文化外交新转变是新时代体育外交的基本模式。
The new era has bestowed sports diplomacy with a new historical mission of dual interaction between the＂government＂and the＂public＂.The study on the concepts and behavioral subjects and patterns of sports diplomacy in the new era found that we should expand exchanges and enhancing friendship with sports as a carrier,seek＂intersections＂,release signals of openness,tolerance and trustworthiness and adhere to the diplomatic concept of＂friendliness,honesty,benefit and tolerance＂,and mutual learning and common development is the basic concept of sports diplomacy in the new era;the diplomatic participation and policy expression of the government and the administrative departments for sports,the reports and behavioral expressions of the media on the sports diplomacy theme and the diplomatic consciousness of the individuals participating in sports constitute the behavioral subjects of sports diplomacy in the new era;the sports diplomacy model integrating elites and the public,the official and unofficial promotion modes of sports diplomacy,＂keeping forging ahead actively and acting actively＂and promoting the transformation of national cultural diplomacy with sports as the carrier are the basic models of sports diplomacy in the new era.
