摘要:以曲拉通100作表面活性剂,用超声波法制备了球形度较好、平均粒径为10μm的球形Li3PO4。以球形Li3PO4为前驱体制备了部分球形的LiFePO4,并对其电化学性能进行了研究。由该法制备的LiFePO4振实密度为1.20 g/cm3,较其他方法制备的LiFePO4密度有所提高。
The spherical Li3 PO4 powder with the mean diameter of 10/μm was synthesized by ultrasonic wave using Tx- 100 as the surfactant. The LiFePO4 powder which had some spherical particles was prepared by using the spherical Li3 PO4 as a precursor and characterized by electrochemical performance test. The tapping density of the LiFePO4 powder was 1.20 g/cm^3 higher than that of LiFePO4 powder prepared by other methods
