摘要：石膏是陶瓷文物保护最常用的填补材料。为筛选出性能优良、耐候性强的陶瓷文物修复用石膏材料,将模型石膏、建筑石膏、GRG石膏、牙科石膏作为实验研究对象,通过湿冷、湿热、干冷、干热一系列循环老化试验后,进行硬度测试、抗冲击测试、抗折度测试,并且通过显微镜观察评估各种石膏材料的耐老化性能,挑选硬度较大、抗折度强、耐候性强的石膏材料作为陶瓷修复材料。实验结果表明,牙科石膏性能最佳、耐候性较好,适合陶瓷文物的修复。
Gypsum is the most widely used filling material in porcelain relics restoration.To screen out gypsum with excellent performance and strong weatherability for ceramic restoration use,model gypsum,building gypsum,GRG gypsum,and dental gypsum were used as experiment objects.Through circulation aging test which including the four processes of cold and damp,hot and damp,dry and cold,dry and hot,samples’hardness,impact resistance,and bending resistance were tested and the aging resistance of all kinds of gypsum materials were assessed via microscope observation.Gypsum with the largest values in hardness,strong bending resistance and,good weathering resistance were chosen as the repair material for the porcelain.The experimental results show that the dental plaster boasts the best properties and good weathering resistance and thus is the optimal choice.
