摘要：校外人才培养基地建设普遍面临着深入合作难、持续合作难的困境,档案学专业也不例外。论文在系统分析合作研发实习实训项目对档案学专业校外人才培养基地建设之重要意义,详细论证体系化与可持续化是合作研发实习实训项目两大重要原则的基础上,以北京联合大学档案学专业市级校外人才培养基地建设实践探索为依据,详细探讨了如何通过"实习实训项目的系统研发"来实现档案学专业领域深入且可持续的合作教育的问题。
Now the challenge of constructing off-campus talent-training base is how to make the coop- eration between universities and off-campus organizations deep and sustainable, and it is the same with Archives Major. Based on a systematical analysis of the significances of co-developing internship ＆ prac- tice programs for constructing off-campus talent-training base and the two important principals of co-devel- oping, this paper, taking the practice of archives major in Beijing Union University in constructing province-level off-campus talent-training base as an example, discusses how to realize deep and sustainable co-education in the area of Archives Major through ＂Developing Systematical Internship ＆ Practice Pro- grams＂ in detail.
