摘要：物联网技术飞速发展,把物联网技术融入到煤炭物流中势在必行。认为现阶段煤炭物流中存在问题,表现在:在仓储和过磅环节中存在效率低下、人为因素干扰严重的问题、运输环节存在偷盗置换、交通拥堵的问题。对物联网技术在煤炭物流关键环节中的运用进行了研究,提出了车辆识别、智能过磅、视频监控、GPS定位、电子封签等具体应用形式,形成了一套新的管理模式。最后,通过物联网技术在山西某煤矿的应用实例,验证了物联网技术在煤炭物流中应用可以为企业带来巨大的效益。
The Internet of things technology develops rapidly, connecting the Internet of things technology with the coal logistics is imperative. In view of the problems on coal logistics, at present, for example, In the storage and weighing link exists the problem of inefficiency and man-made interference. In the Transportation link exists replacement and traffic jams. The use of The Internet of things technology in the key links of coal logistics are studied, Vehicle identification, intelligent weighing, video monitoring, GPS positioning, electronic seal and other specific application forms were put forward. And form a set of new management mode. Finally, through the Internet of things technology in Shanxi coal mine application examples, the Internet of things technology in coal logistics application generate huge profits for enterprises were verified.
