摘要：创新是企业获得竞争优势的重要源泉,而企业的持续创新是其发展壮大及永续经营的关键因素。近年来,企业层面的创新持续性问题受到越来越多的研究者的关注,其相关研究成果也成为创新理论的重要内容。文章从企业层面的持续创新内涵与度量、企业持续创新的表现、推动企业持续创新的内生动力机制以及外生影响因素等方面,对国外的相关实证研究进行了归纳和总结。
Innovation is a significant resource for a firm’s competitive advantages and innovation persistence is the key factor for corporate development and everlasting operation. In recent years,increasing investigations are being undertaken on firms’ innovation persistence phenomenon and the relevant studies have made contributions to the development of innovation theory. This paper summarizes the foreign empirical research work from the perspective of the connotation,measurement,perfor？mance,endogenous dynamic-mechanism and exogenous determinants of firms’innovation persistence.
