摘要：导引一词历史悠久,但其定义并不明确,文章通过对古代文献的研究,结合现代中医学的发展,通过比较导引与气功、按摩的相互关系,将导引定义为从反复的动作、姿势或者呼吸调整入手,达到形神合一的心身锻炼技能。
With the long history,Daoyin still doesn’t have a clear definition.In this article,based on the research of ancient documents,and compared with development of modern Chinese medicine,and by comparing the relationship between guidance and Qigong and massage,this paper defines guidance as a psychosomatic exercise skill that achieves the unity of form and spirit through repeated movement,posture or breathing adjustment.
