摘要：随着外语通识教育的理念受到普遍关注,外语通识教育成为我国大学英语教学发展的一个新的方向和思路,外语教师发展遇到了新的挑战和困惑,大学英语教师如何在新的通识教育的理念下,进行自身的调整和发展的问题依然有待进一步研究。本文重点探讨通识教育理念下大学英语教师的发展途径及其可行性和适用性。
As the concept of general education is drawing more and more attention, general education in English becomes a new orientation and vision in college English teaching development and college English teachers are also facing new challenges and problems. The question of how to do the self- adjustment and development in general education context still needs further research. This paper mainly discusses the approaches of teacher development and the feasibility and usability in the context of general education.
