摘要：This study investigates the potential of 'AI-driven tourism for healing and well-being,' addressing the global mental health crisis by leveraging AI to optimize travel experiences. Focusing on innovative applications such as personalized recommendations, VR immersive experiences, sentiment analysis, and big data-driven behavior prediction, the research employs case analysis to evaluate short- and long-Term psychological impacts. Findings reveal that AI-driven travel significantly enhances relaxation, happiness, and self-identity, with personalized recommendations and emotional interactions proving particularly effective. VR technology also offers alternative healing for those unable to travel physically. The study advances digital health research and provides insights for integrating tourism and health sectors, offering both theoretical and practical contributions. ? 2025 IEEE.
