摘要:环氧树脂胶作为一种粘接材料被广泛应用于各类陶瓷文物的保护修复工作中。通过对环氧树脂材料的深入使用和不断研究发现,这种材料会随着环境的改变出现老化变黄等问题。从文物保护修复原则中的修复适宜性出发,以3A超能环氧树脂胶为例,开展3A超能胶在紫外线照射环境、去紫外线照射环境、干热环境、湿热环境下的老化对比实验。实验结果表明:紫外光照射对3A超能胶造成劣化影响最大;其次为干热和湿热环境。去紫外光照射环境对3A超能胶造成劣化影响最小。基于环境因素对3A超能胶的影响差异,就博物馆内经过3A超能胶修复藏品的保存管理问题给出合理化建议。
As a bonding material,epoxy resin adhesive is widely used in the protection and restoration of various ceramic cultural relics.In recent years,through the in-depth use and continuous research of epoxy resin materials,it is found that this material will age and turn yellow with the change of environment.Considering the restoration suitability in the principles of cultural relics protection and restoration,taking 3A super energy epoxy resin adhesive as an example,this paper carries out the aging comparative experiment of 3A super energy adhesive in ultraviolet irradiation environment,de-UV irradiation environment,dry and hot environment and humid and hot environment.The results of aging comparison experiment show that UV irradiation has the greatest impact on the deterioration of 3A super glue,followed by dry heat and damp heat environment,and the de-UV irradiation environment has the least impact on the deterioration of 3A super glue.Based on the differences in the influence of environmental factors on 3A super glue,this paper gives reasonable suggestions on the preservation and management of 3A super glue repaired collections in the museum.
