摘要:基于对北京城市居民在新冠肺炎疫情不同时期的小汽车出行行为的问卷调查、典型案例家庭的活动日志调查和深度访谈,借助时间地理学个体路径和活动情境分析方法,分析不同家庭在平常态、疫情期间及复工后小汽车出行行为及其活动的微观情境变化。研究发现:在疫情期间以社交休闲娱乐为目的的开车出行显著减少,且开车独自出行的情况减少,与家人的联合出行增加,上下班途中多目的出行减少;在疫情期间,家人联合通勤、大批量购物、照顾老人和寻求代际支持方面的小汽车出行需求是刚性的,而休闲娱乐等活动的小汽车出行需求是弹性的、可调整的。对于后疫情时期,建议鼓励弹性工作时间安排,增加小汽车联合通勤,从而减少交通拥堵和碳排放;同时鼓励社区、学校等提供医院转诊、课后托管等社区服务,提高社区生活圈内部服务的精细化水平,将一定程度减少小汽车出行需求。
Based on a questionnaire survey of urban residents car travel behaviors,activity diary survey and in-depth interviews of typical household cases in Beijing,this paper analyzes the changes of car travel and its micro activity context during different periods of COVID-19 pandemic from the approach of time-geography.Individual path and activity context analysis are applied in the case studies.The results show that during the pandemic,trips for social,leisure and entertainment activities are significantly reduced,trips of driving alone decrease while joint trips with family members increase,and multi-purpose trips on the way to and from work decrease.During the pandemic,the demand for car travel for family joint commuting,shopping in large quantities,caring for the elderly,and seeking intergenerational support is rigid,while the demand for car travel for leisure and entertainment activities is flexible and adjustable.For the post-epidemic period,it is recommended to encourage flexible working schedules and increase joint commuting by cars to reduce traffic congestion and carbon emissions.At the same time,this paper calls for more qualified services provided at the level of community life circle by local communities and schools,such as offering hospital referrals and after-school services.
