摘要：技术创新和社会变革给商科教育带来一系列新挑战。首先,从应对人才培养挑战、深化专业内涵建设和共享思政教育资源3个方面探讨新商科背景下一体化推进“专业思政”和“课程思政”建设的必要性。其次,提出将挖掘专业课程的思政元素、推进思政元素的有机融入和提升专业教师的育人能力作为新商科背景下一体化推进“专业思政”和“课程思政”建设的着力点。最后,探讨新商科背景下“专业思政”和“课程思政”一体化实施的路径,主要包括:明确人才培养目标,促进思政教育与人才培养的有机融合;打造“课程思政”的“金课”,推进“专业思政”与“课程思政”一体化建设;推进产教深度融合,构建校内教学与校外实践的育人平台;实施网络“课程思政”,形成线上与线下协同的立体育人环境。
Technological innovation and social change bring about a series of new challenges to business education.First,this paper discusses the necessity of promoting integration of the construction of“ideological and political education through all majors”and“ideological and political education through all curricula”under the background of new business from three aspects of coping with the challenge of talent training,deepening the construction of professional connotation and sharing resources of ideological and political education.Second,the key points to promote the integration of construction of“ideological and political education through all majors”and“ideological and political education through all curricula”under the background of new business are to explore the ideological and political elements of professional courses,promote the organic integration of ideological and political elements and enhance professional teachers ability to teach.Finally,it discusses the integrated implementation path of“ideological and political education through all majors”and“ideological and political education through all curricula”in the context of new business.Firstly,the path includes clarifying the objectives of talent training,promoting the organic integration of ideological and political education and talent training.Secondly,it consists of building“golden course”of“ideological and political education through all curricula”and promoting the integrated construction of“ideological and political education through all majors”and“ideological and political education through all curricula”.Thirdly,it also contains the promotion of the deep integration of production and education,and building the education platform of school teaching and off-campus practice education.Lastly,the path composes the implementation of the network“ideological and political education through all curricula”to form a three-dimensional education environment of online and offline cooperation.
