摘要：原产地规则是正确实施区域贸易安排优惠待遇的"守门人",是顺利实现区域贸易安排预期利益的重要前提和保证。本文在简要介绍区域贸易安排原产地规则基本内容的基础上,重点比较分析了主要国家区域贸易安排原产地规则构建的主要特点,以期为我国区域贸易安排原产地规则的制定提供参考。
Rules of origin is like a ＂gatekeeper＂ in charge of the correct implementation of regional trade agreement（RTA） as well as an important prerequisite and guarantee of the realization of RTA＇s expected benefits.On the basis of a brief introduction of the basic contents of RTA＇s rules of origin,this paper gives a comparative analysis on the construction of RTA＇s rules of origin of several representative countries,so as to provide a reference for our formulation of RTA＇s rules of origin.
