摘要：实验室开放是开展各类创新实践活动,并激发创新思想、实现创新型人才培养的有效手段和途径。论文结合中心实验室开放建设情况,分析了实验室开放建设在理念、环境资源、队伍和开放制度等方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施。
Laboratory opening is an effective way to carry out various innovative activities, and stimulate students＇ innovative thinking and cultivate innovative talents. Combined with the open construction of the Experimental Teaching Center of Management College in Beijing Union University ,this paper analyzes the existing problems during the opening construction of the laboratory from several aspects, such as the concept, the environment resources, the team and the open system. Some corresponding improvement measures are also put forward.
