摘要:通过国内来京旅游散客、国际来京旅游散客、北京当地居民三方面市场群体共1 000多份样本,首次对北京散客市场的一日游需求进行实证研究,了解到散客群体对于"长城—十三陵"一日游的基本需求、获取一日游信息的渠道及其对信息的信任度、对一日游"黑车"的印象,前往长城旅游的方式和满意度,以及前往北京本地及周边其他著名旅游景区旅游的兴趣。有关结果对于根治长期困扰北京旅游形象的"长城—十三陵一日游""黑车"问题,构建有效的散客旅游服务体系具有参考价值。
Based on more than 1000 samples of both domestic and overseas individual tourists who visited Beijing, as well as local residents, this paper has done a demonstrative investigation on their one-day tour demands in Beijing. General situation of their demands was realized such as the information channel of one-day tour, their impression about the "Black Car" of one-day tour, their satisfaction of their tour to the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs. The result will be helpful to solve the tough problem of one-day-tour "Black Car" in Beijing, and helpful to setting up an efficient system that serves individual tourists in this city.
