摘要：新中国成立初期,为了有效控制疫病流行,维护民众生命健康和切身利益,中共中央在“预防为主”等方针的指导下大力开展卫生防疫工作。在党委统一领导下,依靠卫生宣教机构及其他社会各界力量,充分发挥党组织领导、干部带头、典型示范等作用,全面动员群众展开多种形式的防疫宣传工作,推动中共中央卫生防疫方针和政策的贯彻与落实。通过卓有成效的宣传动员工作,民众的防疫认识水平得到提高,现代卫生文明观念持续变化,传染病防治工作取得显著效果,人民群众健康水平不断提高,群众对党和政府的信任与政治认同得到增强。诸此,也为新中国成立后各项建设工作的开展奠定了坚实的群众基础。
In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,in order to effectively control the epidemic and safeguard the vital interests of the people,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the policy of“prevention first”and vigorously carried out the health and epidemic prevention work.Under the leadership of the Party Committee,relying on health education agencies and other sectors of society,giving full play to the role of Party organizations and cadres in taking the lead and demonstrating examples,comprehensively mobilizing the masses to carry out various forms of epidemic prevention and propaganda work,and implementing the health and epidemic prevention principles and policies of the Party Central Committee.Through the effective propaganda and mobilization work,improved the epidemic prevention awareness of the masses,the health concept changed accordingly,and transformed into actions to form a common anti-epidemic fever.The prevention and treatment of infectious diseases achieved remarkable results,and the people’s health level was continuously improved,thus enhancing the people’s trust and political identity in the Party and government,and laying a solid mass foundation for the construction of New China.These have important reference significance for the development of epidemic prevention under the new situation.
