摘要：分析了高等职业技术院校的行政管理在行政环境、行政职能范围、行政组织、行政管理方式、人事管理等方面的特点,并提出了加强高职院校行政管理人员队伍建设的一些设想。
Higher vocational and technical colleges have their own characteristic of administrative environment, administrative limits of function, administrative organizations, administrative management forms and personnel management. Some ideas are offered. 
