摘要：随着我国经济的持续增长,社会对应用型人才的需求日益增加。实践教学在培养应用型人才方面具有不可替代的重要作用,同时它也是应用型高校转型发展的内在需求。当前,诸多应用型高校在应用型人才的定位上存在不精确的问题,实践教学内容与社会需求之间存在脱节现象,直接导致了“就业难”的问题。本文旨在对应用型高校实践教学体系的构建与实施进行深入分析。通过对比国内外高校应用型大学实践教学体系的现状及经验,本文试图对两者进行比较研究,期望借鉴国外的成功经验,为国内应用型人才的培养和发展提供可资借鉴的思路。
With the development of China’s economy,there is an increasing societal demand for applied talents,and practical teaching plays a crucial role in cultivating such talents,serving as a key factor in the transformation of applied universities.Currently,some applied universities lack clear positioning in talent cultivation,and the content of practical teaching does not align with societal needs,leading to employment challenges for graduates.This paper will analyze the construction and implementation of the practical teaching system in applied universities,compare the current status and experiences of domestic and international universities in practical teaching systems,and aim to draw on successful practices from abroad to provide references for the cultivation and development of applied talents in China.
