摘要:该文秉承了系统工程的思想,以非工艺物料代替实际的不同物料和真实的反应器及工业级控制装置DCS构成了柔性反应器,配合动态数学模型开发了拟实物仿真系统,并进行了间歇反应过程的计算机动态仿真与控制方案的研究。该文运用机理法开发了间歇反应动力学模型,并用欧拉法对全混釜反应器进行物料、热量衡算。在相平衡计算中引入定容闪蒸算法,既保证了计算的准确性和稳定性,又符合动态模拟快速的要求。在控制方面,采用了DCS、PLC等真实控制装置,完成了仿真系统的连续控制、顺序控制和安全联锁等培训功能,控制方案灵活,在线调试简便,以单回路与串级控制方案相结合,实现了对过程的液位、温度、压力、流量和组分等主要参数的自动控制及监测,取得了较好的培训效果。
A simulation system with quasi-official real object, which consists of dynamic models and the flexible reactor composed of the real reactor, control device DCS and non-technical materials, is developed. The dynamic simulation and automation schemes are studied with this simulator in the paper. The paper has developed reaction kinetics models for intermittent reaction with rigorous model. The CSTR is used to conduct the calculations of the mass balance and energy balance by means of Eular method. In the phase equilibrium calculation, a constant volume model is introduced. Therefore not only we can guarantee the accuracy and stability, but also meet the need of the speed of simulation. Because of the flexibility in programming, the control devices such as DCS and PLC are adopt to fulfil functions of continuous control, sequential control and interlock. The control schemes including single-loop and cascade control are used to control level of reactant, temperature and pressure of reaction, and monitor flux and component automatically. The result of training is satisfactory.
