摘要:建强应用型本科高校是响应国家创新驱动发展战略的重要举措。根据新一轮审核评估“两类四种”评估方案中对以应用型人才培养为主要方向的普通本科高校的评价要点进行分析,应用型本科高校普遍存在重专业轻学科的现象,导致其出现发展后劲不足、应用型人才的供给与社会需求不匹配等问题。应用型本科高校应立足新发展阶段,以新一轮审核评估推动应用型高校开创教育教学改革新局面,探索以学生成长为目标的自主、开放、融合的适应型人才培养体系,并提出价值引领—学科支撑—专业交叉—应用融合的发展路径。
Building strong application-oriented undergraduate universities is an important measure in response to the national innovation-driven development strategy.Based on the analysis of the“two categories and four types”evaluation framework for general undergraduate universities focusing on application-oriented talent cultivation in the new round of audit evaluation,it is found that application-oriented undergraduate universities generally prioritize professional majors over academic disciplines.This leads to problems such as insufficient development momentum and a mismatch between the supply of application-oriented talents and social demand.In the new development stage,application-oriented undergraduate universities should leverage the new round of assessment to promote educational and teaching reforms.They should explore the construction of an adaptive talent cultivation system that is autonomous,open,integrated,and aimed at student growth.The goal is to propose a development path that includes value guidance,academic support,interdisciplinary collaboration and application integration.
