摘要:以北京城区电影院为研究对象,结合小区需求点的空间布局,利用点密度、泰森多边形分析电影院设施点与小区需求点的空间布局特征。利用网络分析中的服务区分析构建电影院服务区,从服务区面积率、服务小区比率及影院座位数比率三个方面,构建电影院设施评价指标体系。从纵向即行政区内电影院服务水平和横向即行政区间电影院服务总体水平进行分析与评价;结合电影院的空间分布特征及服务水平,利用"位置—分配模型"对电影院空间布局进行优化。最后,对电影院设施布局提出改善建议和措施。结果表明:北京城区电影院配置资源总量不足,布局不均衡;通过对各行政区的电影院进行服务水平评价,得出影院资源在市中心及外围分布差异明显的结论,整体影院设施配置服务水平不高,每个行政区均可不同程度进行优化改善。
Taking the cinemas in urban area of Beijing as the research object, and combining spatial layout of community demand point, and using dot density and Thiessen polygon, the spatial distribution characteristics of cinema facility and demand point of the community is analyzed. Using the service area analysis in network analysis, cinema service area is built. From three aspects of the service area ratio, the ratio of the serving community and the number of theater seats ratio, the cinema facility evaluation index system is constructed. From two aspects of administrative district and interval, service level of the cinemas are analyzed and evaluated. The space layout optimization of the cinema is carried out using the locationallocation model and combining spatial distribution and service levels. Finally, the improvement suggestions and measures for the cinema facility layout are put forward. The results show that : the cinema in the urban area in Beijing lack of resources allocation and the layout is not balanced. Cinema resources are significantly different in the city center and the periphery through service level evaluation of the cinema. The overall cinema facilities configuration service level is not high, and each administrative area can be optimized and improved to varying degrees.
