摘要：目的调查海淀区成年人高血压的患病率、知晓率、治疗和控制状况,并提出干预对策。方法用随机抽样的方法,选取海淀区7个街道社区18岁以上居民共2776人,测量血压时,先让调查对象休息5min,由经过培训合格的调查人员应用电子血压计测量3次血压。调查问卷询问高血压病史及高血压的治疗、用药等情况。结果海淀区高血压患病率为37.5%。18~44、45~59、60~70岁年龄组的高血压患病率为男性24.8%、50.8%和65.4%;女性为13.6%、43.0%和65.8%。在高血压病人中,49.7%知道自己患有高血压,44.3%正在服降压药,9.8%的人血压得到了控制。结论海淀区成年人高血压的患病率比较高,呈现出低龄化的趋势,年龄的增加,人群的发病率相应增加;高血压的知晓率偏低,治疗率和控制率又非常低。在海淀区迫切需要改善高血压的预防、检测和治疗状况。
Objective To investigate the situation of the prevalence of hypertension, awareness, treatment and control of Haidian District adult, and put forward intervention countermeasures.Method Using the method of random sampling to select Haidian District 7 neighbourhood communities residents aged 18 and above ,a total of 2776 people.When measuring their blood pressure, let partici-pants rest 5min firstly,and then use electronic sphygmomanometer to measure 3 times by trained and qualified investigators .A ques-tionnaire inquiries history of hypertension, and hypertension treatment, medication etc.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension is 37.5%in Haidian District. 18~44, 45~59, 60~70 age group with hypertension prevalence of males are 24.8%, 50.8%and 65.4%respectively;females are13.6%, 43.0%and 65.8%respectively. Among hypertensive patients, 49.7%know themselves suffering from high blood pressure, 44.3% are taking antihypertensive drugs, 9.8% blood pressure under control.Conclusions The hypertension prevalence of Haidian District adult is relatively high, showing a trend of younger age.Increasing age, the incidence of a corresponding increase in population;not only hypertension awareness is lower, but also treatment and control rates are very low. In Haidian District, the urgent need to improve the prevention, detection, and treatment status of hypertension.
