摘要：建立规范化的实验教学管理体系,是实验教学改革的重要组成部分。分析了传统实验教学管理的不足,介绍了一种基于统计分析的创新性实验教学量化管理系统,建立了一种有利于动态监控的有效管理机制。结合实验教学管理实践,对文科实验室建设模式、管理方式的量化管理进行了阐述。
Building a normalized experiment teaching management system is a critical part of experiment teaching reform.By criticizing the defects of traditional experiment teaching management,this paper introduces an innovative quantitative management system of experiment teaching through the statistical analysis.Furthermore,this new management system benefits dynamic monitoring.Based on daily practice of experimental teaching management,this paper also discusses the laboratory building pattern,the supervisor mode,and the other aspects of quantitative management.
