摘要:介绍一种以单片机ATmega128L控制模块为核心的高精度数控恒流源,该恒流源以大功率达林顿管为调整管加反馈电路来实现恒流输出,利用PWM占空比与PWM经过电容滤波后的平均电压值成正比的特性来实现D/A转换。由键盘输入需要的电流设定值,并通过显示器进行显示。本系统的输出电流范围为0—2000mA;当输出电压在10V以内变化时,输出电流变化的绝对值小于输出电流值的0.1%+lmA。为了提高系统的稳定性,在系统中加入了过流保护电路、延时软启动保护电路和电压保护电路。
A highly precise digital controlled constant current source system was presented, which adopts the microcontroller AT- mega128L as control core unit. The constant current source system uses a combination of high-power Darlington transistor as an adjustor and negative feedback circuit to realize constant current output, Uses the direct ratio character between the output occupies empties ratio and the average voltage value of PWM to realize D/A transformation. The current initialization is input through keyboard and displayed on the display. The current output of the system is between 0mA and 2 000mA. When output voltage is under 10V, the absolute value of the changing current output is smaller than 0. 1% + 1 mA. Excess current protection, delay startup and voltage protection circuit were added into the system to improve its stability.
