摘要:通过对影响鸢尾超临界CO_(2)萃取的因素:萃取温度、萃取时间、CO_(2)流量、乙醇夹带剂用量进行考察,由正交试验确定了萃取压力30MPa下较优萃取工艺为:萃取温度50℃,萃取时间4h,CO_(2)流量15-25L/h,乙醇夹带剂体积300ml。萃取得到的提取物进行GC-MS检测分析,鉴定出14种化合物,其中二十碳烷相对含量较高,三十六烷相对含量最低。
The aim of this manuscript was to investigated the effects of process paraments on the extracted rate of Iris tectorum Maxim.by supercritical-CO_(2) fluid.Those parameters include extracting temperature,extracting time,inventory rating,and dosage.The optimum process parameters were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment and listed as follows:pressure 30MPa,temperature 50℃,time 4h,CO_(2) flow rate 15-25L/h,entrainer dosage 300ml.Totally 14 chemical components were identified in Iris tectorum Maxim.by gas chromatography-mass spectromet ry(GC-MS).The relative content of Eicosane is high,the relative content of Hexatriacontane is low.
