摘要：中国大学内部日益严重的行政化问题和落后的大学管理模式都深深影响到大学的发展。文章以北京联合大学商务学院为例,探索地方高校构建学术与行政相互协调的共同治理的内部治理体系,有效促进地方商学院内部治理的现代化方法与路径。
The problem of excessive administrative management in China＇s universities has influenced the devel- opment of China＇s university. This paper illustrated the case of Business School of Beijing Union University, so as to set up and implement a cooperative governance system.
