摘要:思政教育是当前高校的教育重点,高校教师在传承知识和技能的同时,不但要起到对专业知识的引领作用,更要紧扣德才兼备的命脉,促进学生的全面发展。根据电磁场与电磁波课程特点,分析在该课程中实施"课程思政"的必要性,提出提升专业课教师的思政育人意识和能力的途径及措施,并进一步根据课程内容特点,研究思政教育融入教学过程的思路与方法。通过将思政元素和理论知识相结合、案例教学、科技成果引导、多种模式构建德育课堂等方式,激发学生的历史使命感,增强学生的爱国热情和民族自豪感,渗透诚实守信教育,加强责任意识教育和创新精神的培养。教学成果表明,该"课程思政"方案有利于在课程教学过程中实现学生专业能力提升与价值引领的有机统一,有利于培养中国特色社会主义新时代德才兼备的合格人才。
Ideological and political education is the focus of current education in colleges and universities. While inheriting knowledge and skills, college teachers need not only show the leading role of professional knowledge, but also keep close to the lifeblood of both morality and ability, and promote the overall development of students. According to the characteristics of Electromagnetic Field and Electromagnetic Wave course, this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing ideological and political education in the course, and points out the ways and measures to improve the ideological and political education awareness and ability of professional course teachers. Furthermore, according to the content and characteristics of the course, this paper studies the ideas and methods of integrating ideological and political education into the teaching process. Through the combination of theoretical knowledge with ideological and political education, case teaching, scientific and technological achievements to guide the major, and various modes to build moral education classroom, we can inspire students’ sense of mission, enhance patriotic enthusiasm and national pride, penetrate the education of honesty and trustworthiness, and strengthen the education of responsibility awareness. The research results show the organic unity of students’ professional ability promotion and value guidance in the course of teaching, and explore the methods and ways to cultivate qualified talents with both ability and morality in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
