摘要：目前,企业竞争激烈,企业的发展战略分析很重要。生态位理论是一种新的研究方法和策略,应用在了很多领域,企业作为一个组织体,也符合生态位原理。基于生态位视域下,结合PEST分析法和"三生共赢"理论,提出了企业"五位一体"和"三维一体"发展模式,鉴于生态位重叠现象,利用生态位错位发展,结合波特竞争模型与SWOT分析,从企业的整体发展、长期发展、竞争发展、生态发展方面提出了相应的发展战略,提高企业的生存、发展和竞争能力,促进企业的长期可持续发展,实现生态、生产、生活的共赢发展,促进环境、经济、社会的和谐发展。
At present, competition among enterprises is intense, so it is important to make development strategic analysis of the enterprise. Ecological niche theory is as a kind of new research method and strategy that has been applied in many fields. As an organization, the enterprise is also in line with the principle of ecological niche. Based on the ecological niche horizon, combined with PEST analysis method and the theory of ＂a good win - win＂, this paper puts forward the enterprises ＂five in one＂ and ＂three - dimensional＂ integrated development pattern. In view of the phenomenon of niche overlap, using niche dislocation de- velopment, porter competition model and SWOT analysis, the corresponding development strategy is proposed in terms of the o- verall development of the enterprise, the long - term development, competition development, ecological development. And the research is done to improve the survival and development of enterprises and competition ability, promote the sustainable develop- ment of the enterprise, realize the win - win development of ecology, production and living, and promote the harmonious devel- opment of environment, economy and society.
