摘要:目前残疾人接受高等教育的主要形式有两种,一是完全隔离式的,如各类特殊教育学院;二是完全融入式的,如个别残疾学生进入健全学生班级,接受普通高等教育。从多年的实践经验来看,这两种形式各有其优缺点。提出群体性融合教育实施策略,在详细阐述具体实施办法的同时,也指出了可能遇到的问题与对策。群体性融合教育在高等教育阶段的推行,对残疾学生和普通学生都是有利的,但是在推行过程中需要政策层面、教育者层面和学生层面的相互配合。
At present,there are two main forms of access to higher education for people with disabilities. One is completely isolated,such as various types of special education colleges; the other is fully integrated,such as individual disabled students entering a sound student class and receiving regular higher education. Based on years of practical experience,these two forms have their own advantages and disadvantages. This article puts forward the implementation plan of group inclusive education, and at the same time elaborates on the specific implementation measures,it also points out possible problems and countermeasures. The implementation of group inclusive education in the higher education stage is beneficial to disabled students and ordinary students.However,the integration of policy,educators,and students is needed in implementation.
