摘要:促进现代信息技术与教育教学模式深度融合,是当前教育领域改革的方向之一。本研究以管理类研究生课程为研究对象,构建指向深度学习的混合式教学模式。该模式遵循促进自我驱动与深度参与、教学内容与方法深度融合、教学目标与评价体系深度协同等设计原则,对动机培养、知识建构、迁移应用和评价反思等深度学习过程进行重构。研究结果表明,指向深度学习的混合式教学模式能够有效提升学生的深度学习能力,对学生综合素质与高阶能力的培养具有积极影响。
Promoting the deep integration of modern information technology and educational teaching models is one of the directions of current education reform.This study focuses on management graduate courses and constructs a blended learning model aimed at deep learning.This model fllows the design principles of promoting self motivation and deep participation,deep integration of teaching content and methods,and deep collaboration between teaching objectives and evaluation systems.It reconstructs the deep learning process of motivation cultivation,knowledge construction,transfer application,and evaluation reflection.The research results indicate that blended learning models targeting deep learning can effectively enhance students'deep learning abilities and have a positive impact on the cultivation of their comprehensive qualities and higher-order abilities.
