摘要："课程思政"是高校以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,以习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述为根本遵循,落实立德树人的根本举措,是构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系和高水平人才培养体系的有效切入,是完善全员全过程全方位"三全育人"的重要方面。高校要深刻把握和运用新时代中国特色社会主义高等教育规律,着力从认识论和方法论的层面,从提升认识、深化实践、完善制度的维度,正确认识和把握深化"课程思政"建设过程中的关键问题,建设中国特色社会主义一流大学。
The rationale of delivering“ideological and political education through all curricula,”guided by Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,compliant with Xi Jinping’s important exposition on education,is the fundamental measure to implement the educational philosophy of establishing morality and cultivating people.It facilitates constructing an all-round education system of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor training as well as a high-level talents cultivating system,and perfects the“three-all”educational mode which involves all members,all processes and all aspects.Universities should profoundly grasp and apply the law of socialist higher education with Chinese characteristics in the new era,with epistemology and methodology in mind,from dimensions of enhancing cognition,deepening practice and perfecting system,correctly understand and deal with the key issues in the process of deepening the construction of“ideological and political education through all curricula,”and strive to build first-class socialist universities with Chinese characteristics.
