摘要:根据高炉料面形状特点,提出了雷达传感器布置原则和优化布置的综合评价函数,该函数为环形定义域内约束优化问题。提出基于环域搜索的乘子罚函数法求解该优化问题。以某钢厂实际高炉为例进行雷达传感器优化布置,结果表明:优化布局的评价函数值比初始手动布局提高1.5%,说明该方法能有效优化高炉雷达传感器布局。
Considering feature of shape of burden surface procedure to the distributed radar sensors, distributing principle of radar sensors and comprehensive evaluation function of optimized layout are proposed, which is constrained optimal issue within the circular definition domain. A novel method called multiplier penalty function based on loop domain search is put forward to deal with such an optimal issue. An example of optimal layout of radars in a steel plant is discussed, and the result indicates that compared with initial manual layout, the evaluation function value is increased by 1.5 %, which verifies that this method is effective in optimizing layout of blast furnace radar sensors.
