摘要:分析了食品理化检测实验课程存在的问题,并提出相应的改革措施,以期全面培养学生食品分析能力,促进教学质量的提高,为实现培养具有食品分析能力的人才目标提供保证。
This article analyzed existing problems of food physical and chemical examination experiment course,put forward some reform measures,in order to completely improve the students' ability to food analysis, promote the quality of teaching. It can provide safeguards for the goal of cultivationg with food analytical ability.
