摘要：分析了我国当前企业生态文明建设现状及存在的问题,通过问卷调查收集企业生态文明建设意愿的影响因素数据,运用Logistic回归分析研究影响因素之间的相互作用及其对企业生态文明建设意愿的直接与间接影响,最终识别关键影响因素,其中内部动因为企业性质和行业特征,对企业实施意愿的影响显著,外部动因为政府政策和生态文明建设技术,对企业实施意愿的影响显著。研究结论对企业积极开展生态文明建设提供参考,为加快企业生态文明建设奠定基础。
This paper analyzes the current status of enterprise＇s ecological civilization construction and the existing problems.The data of factors which influence the ecological civilization construction enterprises intention will be collected by questionnaire survey.Using Logistic regression analysis,this paper analyzes the interactions between different influential factors that influence the constructing behaviors of ecological civilization directly or indirectly.Eventually it identifies the key influential factors.Among them,the internal motivation is the nature of enterprise and industry characteristics.And they affect the implementation of the enterprise intention significantly.Meanwhile,external motivation is the government policy and ecological civilization construction technology.And they also affect the implementation of the enterprise intention significantly.The conclusion will eliminate the obstacles and indicate directions for the enterprises which actively carry out the construction of ecological civilization.And the results lay a foundation to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization of enterprises.
