摘要：北京文化贸易的发展日益得到重视,虽然处于全国领先地位,但仍存在诸如文化贸易出口逆差严重、缺乏国际知名的文化品牌、文化贸易结构不合理和对外贸易市场过于集中等问题。京津冀地区同属一个经济区,文化、人员、产业等方面具有天然联系,但京津冀经济圈区域一体化的体制、机制尚未建立。当前京津冀协同发展已经上升为重大国家战略,这是国家在加快转变发展方式的关键时期做出的一项重要部署,也是实现京津冀区域优势互补、互利共赢、区域一体打造中国经济第三增长极的需要。本文的研究目的是希望借助京津冀协同发展的契机,推动北京文化贸易的转型升级。
The development of Beijing cultural trade has been paid more attention to,while although Beijing occupies the leading position in China,there still exist problems such as the serious cultural trade deficit,lack of international well-known cultural brands,unreasonable export trade structure,and overconcentration in foreign trade market.Besides,although Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei belong to one economic zone,with natural links in culture,personnel and industry,this zone has not yet established the system and mechanism of regional integration.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development has risen to major national strategy,which is an important national plan in such a critical period to accelerate the transformation of development mode,it also is an important way to realize the regional complementary advantages and create new economic growth pole.The purpose of this study is to promote the transformation and upgrading of Beijing’s cultural trade through the opportunity of the joint development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
