摘要:[目的]为开发和利用臭椿提供理论依据。[方法]臭椿叶用乙酸乙酯提取旋转蒸发得浓缩液。利用薄层色谱法进行有效成分的分离,并用气-质联用法进行定性分析。[结果]用展开剂乙酸乙酯∶石油醚∶甲醇为6∶17∶1能够从浓缩液中分离出8个点。确定臭椿叶中有效成分为:庚烷、3-氯-辛烷、十四烷、十六烷、十七烷、十八烷、二十一烷、二十六烷、三十六烷、9,12-二烯-十八烷酸、2,6-二-(1、1-二甲基乙基)-4-甲基-苯酚2、,6,10,14,18,22-六甲基-2,6,10,15,19,23-六烯-二十三烷、邻苯二甲酸异丁醇二酯、8,11-二烯-十八酸甲酯、十八酸甲酯等成分。[结论]该研究方法为臭椿叶有效成分的分离纯化奠定了基础。
[Objective] Tne study was to provide the theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Ailanthus altissima Swingle. [Method] The concentrated solution from A. altissima leaves was obtained with the extraction method of acetic ether and rotary evaporation. The effective components were isolated with the method of thin layer chromatography, and they were qualitatively analyzed with the method of gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy. [ Result ] 8 spots could be separated by using developing agent with the ratio of acetic ether, ligroin and methanol of 6:17 : 1. The effective components of the A. altissima leaves were determined such as theolin, 3-cl-octanen, tetradecane, cetane, heptadecane, octadecane, heneicesane, hexacosane, triacontane, 9, 12-diene-octadecylic acid, 2, 6-2-(1, 1-2 methylethyl)-4-methyl-phenol, 2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22-hexamethyl-2, 6, 10, 15, 19, 23-6ene-tricosane, o-phthalic acid isobutyl alcohol 2 ester, 8, 11-diene-methyl stearate and methyl stearateet al. [Conclusion] The method studied in this test laid a foundation for isolating and purifying the effective components from A. altissima leaves.
