摘要：移风易俗是人在有意识促使风俗发生变化方面的思想观念和社会行动。中国古代的移风易俗思想内容丰富,古人对于移风易俗的可能性、重要性、价值、方法等方面均有十分深刻的认识,他们强调移风易俗的治世价值,在法治与礼教两种方法中更主张后者,更重视社会上层和国都在移风易俗方面的作用发挥。从风俗角度入手,通过移风易俗行动以求善治,是中国古代富有特色的治国思想。对于中国民俗学的发展而言,移风易俗思想也具有重要意义。当前,它有助于明确民俗学的实践属性,自觉参与善治过程,并为民俗学如何参与善治提供借鉴。
Changing the prevailing habits and customs is akind of conception and social behavior of deliberately impeling people to change their habits and customs.Such aconception was rich in content in ancient China.The ancient Chinese had adeep understanding of the possibility,significance,value and methods of such aconception,emphasizing its value of social goverance.They preferred the cultivating of ethics to ruling of law,attaching more importance to the role of social superstructure and capital in changing the prevailing habits and customs.It was aruling philosophy with ancient Chinese characteristics to achive good ruling through behaviors of changing the prevailing habits and customs starting with habits and customs.Such aconception is also significant to the development of Chinese folklore.Currently,it helps people to identify the empirical nature of folklore,to consciously participate in the process of good ruling,and to gain references for the participation of folklore.
