摘要：服务科学、管理与工程学科包含计算机科学、管理学、社会和认知科学以及法学等多领域的内容,该学科的研究依托并服务于迅猛发展的现代服务业。文章介绍服务外包行业的现状和发展趋势,提出面向该行业的人才培养方案,包括课程体系、FIP培养模式、面向的ITO岗位群,等等,以期对服务外包行业人才培养起到积极的促进作用。
Service science,management and engineering is an uprising multi-discipline research area.This discipline is based on the modern industry and can help the industry development content of computer science,management,industry engineering,social and recognition sciences.The current state and development are introduced and industry oriented talents cultivation program is studied,including curriculum system,FIP talents cultivation mode,ITO job groups,and so on.This study will promote the talents cultivation of service outsourcing industry.
