摘要:借鉴汪丁丁和Tost的制度定义和制度合法性整合模型,将制度生态划分为工具性要素、关系性要素和价值性要素三个方面,运用半结构化访谈法对20名教师进行访谈,编制《高校教师科研制度生态感知调查问卷》。采用分层抽样,获得北京22所高校958名教师的调查数据。协方差结构模型显示,问卷初始结构合理,具有良好的信效度。描述性统计结果表明,目前高校科研制度生态现状不容乐观,教师科研奖励办法体现出分选效应。优化组织层面和个体层面的制度设计来促进教师更多的科研投入、在现行高校科研成果奖励中更好地体现对教师努力程度的认可应是科研制度生态优化的方向。
Based on the system definition and integrated mode of regime legitimacy by Wang dingding and TOST, ecological perceptions was divided into tools of the system elements, element and value element. Then used semi-structured interview method to interview 20 teachers, we constructed eco-aware research system model and system perception scale. We Used stratified random sampling method to analyze the structure and the reality of scientific research system of ecological perception based on the survey of 958 teachers from 22 colleges and u- niversities in Beijing. At present, the ecological situation of scientific research institution in universities is not optimistic. How to promote teachers more scientific research engagement from the system design of organizational level and individual level, and how to recognize the degree of teachers' efforts in the current university scientific research awards system should be the future reform direction.
