摘要：城市化、工业化过程引起的经济聚集具有内在的易灾性倾向和灾害脆弱性。我国城市化过程中引发的大气污染、水灾、公共安全等灾害问题日益严重,传统的城市化战略和不合理城市空间布局加剧了城市环境公害、产业公害等原发或次生性灾害的发生。因此,应采取因地制宜的城市化战略、提高城市综合防灾减灾能力以及构建多元化城市灾害治理模式等应对措施。
Economic conglomerations,caused by urbanization and industrialisation processes,has the characteristics of vulnerability and disaster vulnerability.In the process of the urbanization in China,the problems of air pollution,flood,public safety and other disasters have become more and more serious,and traditional urbanization strategy and the irrational layout of urban space have exacerbated the conditions.Therefore,we should adjust urbanization strategies,improve the ability of urban comprehensive disaster prevention and build a diversified urban disaster governance model.
