摘要:融雪剂的使用引起了诸多环境问题,包括对植物生长产生严重的不良影响。实验选取草莓作为对象,研究了生化黄腐酸型及几种常见融雪剂对草莓生长过程中叶片和果实的重要生理指标的影响变化,包括过氧化氢酶酶活,叶绿素、总糖、类黄酮、抗坏血酸含量等。结果显示:初期施用融雪剂后,草莓的各项测定指标变化不明显;后期随着施用后时间的延长和施用次数的叠加,土壤中和草莓中的融雪剂含量积累,盐胁迫作用加强,草莓生理指标作用显现出差异化。与对照组相比,最后生化黄腐酸组过氧化氢酶酶活,叶绿素总含量,总糖、类黄酮、抗坏血酸含量分别增加123%、106%、108%、111%、105%。研究表明,生化黄腐酸相较于其他融雪剂,对草莓植株生长具有明显的促进作用。
In order to study and analysis the influence of different snowmelt agents to physiological parameters of the growth of strawberry. We studied the changes of five physiological parameters of strawberry leaf and pulp after using BFA and some common snowmelt agent. It includes catalase enzyme activity, the content of chlorophyll, total sugar, flavonoids and ascorbic acid. The difference of physiological parameters is not obvious after using snowmelt agent early. With extension of time and superposition of application times, the snowmelt agent content of soil and strawberry accumulated, and the salt stress effect enhanced. The physiological parameters of strawberry appeared differentiation. Compared with control group, the catalase enzyme activity, the content of total chlorophyll, total sugar, flavonoids and ascorbic acid of biochemical fulvic acid group were increased by 123%, 106%, 108%, 111% and 105%. Biochemical fulvic acid has promoting effect on strawberry growth compared with other snowmelt agents obviously.
