摘要: 以氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物为原料,对醇解时间与酯基转化率的关系进行了研究。实验表明在氯醋树脂、甲醇、氢氧化钠的质量比为1∶2∶0 01比例下,50℃反应4 5h,可得到转化率为90%的氯醋树脂醇解物。并用红外谱图表征了产物中羟基的存在,用润湿角表征了醇解物亲水性的提高。
The main aim of the present work is to investigate the relationship between the transform ratio of vinyl acetate and reaction time. The results show that the transform ratio of VC-co-VAC was 90% at 50?℃ for a further 4.5hours with VC-co-VAC, methyl alcohol and sodium hydroxide(catalyzer) in quality ratio of 1∶2∶0.01. The existence of the hydroxyl groups in the product and the improvement of the hydrophilicity are indicated by IR spectrum and the determination of the surface tangency angle(θ).
