摘要:基于1986~2012年省际统计资料,文章首先分析了基于区位熵指数的中国IFDI空间集聚程度及演变态势,然后利用面板固定效应模型和IV-2SLS模型考察了IFDI空间格局的影响因素并进行比较研究;在此基础上构造“三维驱动”理论框架模型,并对其进行了定量研究。研究发现:第一,东部沿海地区的IFDI空间集聚程度普遍高于内陆地区,且随着时间的推移这种空间的非均衡性呈现某种“固化”态势;第二,市场规模、经济发展水平、市场开放程度、基础设施和人力资本对IFDI的省际集聚产生不同程度的促进作用,而能源供应和技术授权则抑制了IFDI的省际集聚;第三,在“三维驱动”中,市场驱动维度对地区吸引IFDI的空间集聚效果最为明显,其次为技术驱动和战略驱动维度,随着时间的变化,各地区“三维驱动”发展趋于平稳。
Based on the data of 30 provincial regions from 1986 to 2012,we firstly analyze the spatial cluster and evolution of China IFDI based on location quotient indexes; secondly,we use both the traditional fixed effect panel data model and IV-2SLS model to explore the effects of market size and other factors on the spatial pattern of IFDI; thirdly,we make a comparative study on the basis of ' 3-D driving' theoretical framework model. The results show that: firstly,both the IFDI flow and its spatial agglomeration of eastern coastal provinces are higher than those of the inland ones,which shows a certain ' curing' situation along time; secondly,market size,economic development level,market openness,infrastructure and human capital have different promoting effects on IFDI provincial agglomeration,while energy supply and technology licensing inhibits its provincial agglomeration; thirdly,market-driving effect is most obvious to attract IFDI spatial agglomeration,followed by the technology-driving and strategydriving ones,and the ' 3-D driving' tends to be stable with time.
