摘要：21世纪 ,人类已进入知识社会和知识经济的时代 ,而终身学习是开启知识社会大门的一把金钥匙。高等教育在新世纪的人类和社会发展中起着越来越重要的作用。高教工作者在促进社会发展和提高民族素质方面担负着重要的历史责任。阐述了在知识经济时代高校教师终身学习的必要性 ,并结合新世纪终身学习体系的特征阐述了教师终身学习的侧重点和保障措施。
st century is a completely new period with knowledge economy as its distinct feature. In such a society of knowledge, it is life-long study that helps people catch up with the social current. Higher education is playing an increasingly important role in the development of society and human being. The university faculty bears great historical responsibility on promoting social development and improving national quality. It attempts to analyze the necessity, characteristics and emphases of life-long study for university faculty in an era of knowledge economy.
